Refund and Returns Policy

All items must be returned to us in their original packaging. We inspect all exchanges and reserve the right to deny returns for exchange based on the returned condition.

No refunds on worn items or items with the lace cut. Returns should be done within 72 hours of receiving to qualify for a refund. There is a 15% RESTOCKING FEE for all returned wigs.

When placing an order, shipping and billing information must match. If not, please check out using your verified PayPal account. Our system flags all fraudulent transactions and will not allow us to ship if fraud is detected. If RUSHING your order, your email, name, shipping, and billing must correspond.

All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the hair before an exchange can be made.
